There's a better way to treat chronic migraines and headaches

If you suffer from chronic migraines, you know how difficult they are to effectively diagnose and treat. The TruDenta system of diagnosis and treatment was developed to help uncover and resolve the frequently-overlooked causes behind your chronic migraines.

Get safe and lasting treatment from the doctors who understand your pain

If examination shows that your headaches are actually being caused by musculoskeletal problems, we can help. All TruDenta doctors have years of experience as dental professionals working with the delicate musculature of the jaw, neck, and head—a perfect background to implement TruDenta's process of progressive rehabilitation and physical therapy for the damaged joints and stressed musculature that cause chronic headaches.

Dr. Bryan Brenner

As a dentist, I want my office to be a comfortable and welcoming place for my patients, where they feel completely at home. I love helping my patients attain and maintain beautiful, healthy smiles that they are proud to show off! My patients are part of my community, and I always provide them with the most gentle, effective dental care possible. Our team understands how dental anxiety can prevent patients from scheduling appointments, so we hope that your visit to Brenner Dental Care will be unlike any other.

Education and Continuing Education

I attended the University of Iowa for my undergraduate degree followed by an early admittance to dental school at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry.

I love being a dentist, and I am passionate about dentistry! Keeping up-to-date on the latest in dental treatments and dental technology is an important part of my practice. I participate in more than 50 hours of continuing education each year. My continued studies benefit my patients because they can rest assured knowing that I always provide the most current and advanced care possible.

As part of my continuing education, I am involved in the Seattle Study Club, Frank Spears Study Club, Evergreen Cerec Study Club, and the West Seattle Endodontics Study Club. These dental clubs are groups of general dentists and specialists who collaborate and learn from one another.  My patients should be able to ask me anything and know that my answer is based on proven research and education.

In the Practice

The best part of what I do is having the ability to help people I care about live healthier lives. Each patient has a story to tell, and I love getting to know everyone personally. I am honored to be part of their community, and provide only the best dental treatments for them.
Dentistry is a unique combination of art and science, and I am honored to use my skills to help each person who comes to see me. My team and I have our patients’ best interests in mind in everything we do, and we work together to help our patients attain optimal oral health. I love when new patients come to visit and tell us they feel comfortable here. My team and I are sincere in our work, and we always treat patients with respect and compassion.
Our team members are passionate about what they do and work very well together. We remember names and family members, and love hearing personal stories. My team members participate in many hours of continuing education per year and are always learning something new. Not many people get to say that they love their job as much as I do, and that has everything to do with a great team and wonderful patients.

Family and Community

I grew up in Bettendorf, Iowa, which is part of the Quad Cities on the border of Iowa and Illinois. I love living in the Pacific Northwest, and Seattle is a great place to raise our family. My wife and I have three children.  When I’m not working, my family and I spend time exploring all that Seattle has to offer.  I am an avid sports fan and have enjoyed cheering on the Mariners, Seahawks and Sounders since moving to Seattle. Being from the Midwest, I have a special place in my heart for the Iowa Hawkeyes, Chicago Bears and yes…the World Champion Chicago Cubs.
As part of our community, I speak to local PEPS parent groups about their children’s oral health. Our team loves to visit elementary school classrooms to read stories and answer questions with our very popular puppet, Al E. Gator.  Over the last several years, Brenner Dental Care has sponsored many youth soccer and baseball teams. Our teams also donates dental services to disabled individuals.  Giving back to our community is an important aspect to our practice.

Your TruDenta doctor will locate the latent trigger points in your face and neck that restrict motion and contribute to jaw imbalances — these knots of tense muscle are often missed without a thorough examination.
