Dr. Alizadeh was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan and has lived in St. Louis since he was 9 months old. In his free time, he and Terrie like to travel including visiting their favorite places like Captiva Island and Vail. They also like spending time with their three children and friends as well as riding his Harley Davidson. Dr. Alizadeh is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys football, hockey (Go Blues!), snow skiing, snowboarding, tennis, pickleball, and golf.

Head Health Questionaire

Ultrasound
